We are developing Build Vision, a construction and real estate innovation concept designed around a simple problem hiding in plain sight: major construction projects can transform neighborhoods and skylines, but during development they often create months or years of visually disruptive construction environments.
Build Vision explores a new approach to temporarily transforming how active construction sites appear to the surrounding public. Rather than accepting exposed structural work, scaffolding, equipment, and unfinished façades as unavoidable visual pollution, the concept is designed to create a more attractive and potentially valuable exterior experience while construction progresses.
Core Concept
Visual Construction Transformation: Build Vision is designed to conceal or visually transform portions of active construction environments through a proprietary combination of physical and emerging display technologies, allowing projects to maintain a more polished presence throughout development.
Flexible Applications: The concept is being explored across multiple implementation formats and property types, potentially creating applications for high-rise developments, commercial projects, renovations, infrastructure, hospitality, retail, and other highly visible construction environments.

More Than Construction Screening: Build Vision extends beyond conventional construction wraps or barriers. We have developed a broader concept and intellectual property strategy around how physical coverings, visual systems, lighting, projection, and emerging display technologies could fundamentally change the appearance and utility of construction surfaces.
Additional Commercial Potential: The same surfaces that traditionally create an eyesore may potentially become valuable visual real estate. Build Vision includes additional concepts around presentation, branding, placemaking, communication, and monetization that are intentionally not being disclosed publicly.
